HACU announces students selected for HNIP Ambassador Program

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities has announced the 11 students to be HACU National Internship Program Ambassadors. The students selected served in federal internships during the spring semester through HNIP.

The student from the following institutions will serve as HNIP Ambassadors :

  • California State University, Fullerton - Claire Chang
  • California State University, Long Beach - Victoria Macali
  • Florida Atlantic University - Carolina Porto
  • George Mason University - David Munoz
  • Kansas State University - Joseph Dante Castaldi
  • Marymount University - Leah Bland
  • McDaniel College - Alondra Labastida Campos
  • Nevada State University - Carlos Fernandez
  • University of Puerto Rico, Humacao - Adriana Piñero Torres
  • University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras - Nataly Altagracia
  • University of the District of Columbia - Jerson Miranda

The HNIP Student Ambassador Program serves as a leadership opportunity for students who received internships through HNIP to share their program experiences with their campus communities. To qualify, applicants must have interned for at least one full session with HNIP and be willing to participate in public speaking engagements promoting the program.
