HACU and CIA sign MOU during Annual Conference

Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director Leon Panetta and HACU President Antonio R. Flores committed to a continuing partnership between HACU and the CIA by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director Leon Panetta and HACU President Antonio R. Flores sign a Memorandum of Understanding at HACU's 24th Annual Conference in San Diego.

The objectives of the MOU are to develop an awareness of opportunities and careers within the CIA for students attending HACU-member institutions while increasing the number of qualified graduates from those institutions.

The signing took place on Sept. 20 during the Partnership Luncheon at HACU’s 24th Annual Conference, held in San Diego.
