The undersigned person on behalf of the organization listed below ("Applicant") hereby requests consideration by the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities ("HACU") for a virtual exhibitor space at HACU's virtual conference to be held as follows:

Dates of Conference: October 26-28, 2020
Exhibit Site: Virtual Event

Exhibitor Application Deadline: October 16, 2020

Part 1 of the Application is the Applicant Information. This will include the registrations (up to 5 total), a brief description of nature and purpose of organization and years organization has been in existence. Please note we are no longer accepting TBDs.

Part 2 of the Application is the Payment information.
