On March 6, USDA Director of the Office of Partnerships and Public Engagement Dr. Lisa Ramirez and Director Education Initiatives, National Programs Dr. Mike Williams met with HACU President and CEO Antonio R. Flores at HACU’s National Headquarters. The USDA has partnered with HACU for 34 years and is one of the longest partnerships HACU has had with a federal agency.

HACU receives grant from NSF to transform access to research support at Hispanic-Serving Institutions

HACU was awarded a National Science Foundation Grant to support capacity-building for innovative research at Hispanic-Serving Institutions. HACU was one of eight institutions in the country to receive the NSF award through the Growing Research Access for Nationally Transformative Equity and Diversity initiative. More>>

Deadline near for the Call for Presentations for HACU's 38th Annual Conference

HACU is accepting proposals under seven tracks, as part of its 38th Annual Conference Call for Presentations. The conference will take place Nov. 1-3, 2024, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado. Deadline to submit session proposals is March 8, 2024. More>>
