HACU president and CEO speaks at Tarrant County College Heritage Series

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities president and CEO Antonio R. Flores was a speaker at the Tarrant County College District Heritage Series at the Trinity River Campus.

Flores spoke about future of higher education for Hispanic students, providing an overview of HACU’s legislative priorities, the current challenges and opportunities facing the growing Hispanic community and the impact on the nation’s colleges and universities.
 
The event was part of TCC’s Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion, demonstrating TCC’s commitment to cultivating a diverse and inclusive environment.
 



  

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, founded in 1986, represents more than 500 colleges and universities in the United States, Latin America, Spain, and school districts throughout the U.S. HACU is the only national association representing existing and emerging Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs).
