EXHIBITOR FACT SHEET

Exhibitors from corporate, federal and higher education sectors are scheduled to participate.
Over 1,400 conference participants
Exhibitor’s fee includes one conference registration packet for meeting sessions, meals and special events, recognition in the conference program.
Deadline for applications is October 5, 2012.
Fee also includes the Exhibit Booth Package described below:

(2) Chairs	Back & side drapery

HACU Member Institutions $1,500	Government Agencies $2,000	Corporate $3,000
Non-Member Institutions $2,000	Non-Profit Organizations $2,000

Additional Booth personnel - $175 each
(A maximum of 4 additional booth personnel may be registered at this rate.)

Booth assignments are done on a "first come, first served" basis upon receipt and payment of a completed Application for Exhibit Space.
