EXHIBITOR FACT SHEET 

  • Exhibitors from corporate, federal, non-profit and higher education sectors are scheduled to participate.
  • Over 1,500 conference participants
  • Exhibitor’s fee includes one full conference registration for meeting sessions, meals and special events, recognition in the conference program.
  • Deadline for applications is: September 18, 2015.
  • Fee also includes the Exhibit Booth Package described below:

Exhibitor Move In Saturday, October 10, 2015 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Show Hours Saturday, October 10, 2015 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
  Sunday, October 11, 2015 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
  Monday, October 12, 2015 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Exhibitor Move Out Monday, October 12, 2015 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Please note that the exhibit hall will be closed for lunch on Sunday, October 11 and Monday, October 12. Exhibitors are encouraged to eat lunch in the Sparkle Ballroom with the attendees.

Booth assignments are done on a "first come, first served" basis upon receipt and payment of a completed Application for Exhibit Space.
